Overview

Held responsible for the death of the Shocker Commandants, Doktor G creates Camera-Mosquito, who steals people's faces in a last-ditch effort to take control of Japan. Meanwhile, Destron Hunter Sakuma Ken steals microfilm containing Destron secrets and becomes the target of Camera-Mosquito.
