Overview

It's Geoffrey's birthday soon, but Bungle, Zippy and George are having trouble deciding what to buy him as a present. Eventually they agree on buying him a tie, but then can't decide what colour it should be. Rod, Jane and Freddy sing "Make Up Your Mind" and Geoffrey tells the story of the Magic Pencil.
