Overview

It's Pac-Man's birthday, so his parents have given him a recipe for a birthday cake. His parents have insisted on sharing the cake with his friends, but as the new person in PAC-City, he doesn't have anyone to share it with, and TEAM GHOST has stolen the recipe.
