Overview
A Witch is blowing up ATMs using a powerful microwave attack. Unfortunately, it appears that he can't control his powers. Disturbed by the sudden ‘awakening' of this once dormant Seed, the STN-J must stop him before he harms anyone else. Meanwhile, a mysterious old woman lurks in the shadows. Why is she so interested in Robin?
