Emily Elizabeth and friends are inspired to form a team of superheroes after seeing Fire Chief Franklin heroically rescue Fisherman Charlie./Clifford, Bailey, and Tucker start a puppy preschool when Fisherman Charlie’s new pup, Hudson, proves to have a hard time sharing and playing with others.
