Karen’s 30-year-old canal-side home has an enormous backyard and attractive deck area, but its choppy 1980s layout and awkward additions aren’t functional for entertaining. Marnie has big plans for this already vast beach home, including a complete indoor and outdoor kitchen renovation and new open-concept layout that will be perfect for large family gatherings.
