Overview

Set in Depression-era Chicago, barfly Murphy survives multiple attempts on his life without even being aware his 'friends' are trying to kill him so they can cash in his insurance policy. Things that would kill an ordinary man (poison, exposure, being run over by a car) barely faze Iron Murphy.
