Clarke tells Sally that he was inside Thorne's office, but couldn't take the formula. Later, Sally receives the secret formula in a package. She thanks Clarke, but he assures her he had nothing to do with it. Macy finds out from Jake that Thorne knows about their affair. She rushes home and begins to cry in the dark shadows, while Thorne silently stares at her in the darkness.
