Thorne cancels his date with Karen to console Macy about her problems at Spectra. Bill offers to bail Spectra out anonymously if he can get 50% of the company. Eric nurses Sheila, who is recovering from her car accident. Bill tells Karen she will be working for Spectra -- and she will be Macy’s boss. Sally accepts Bill’s deal.
