Brooke tells Connor her goal was never to take over the company but instead to teach Stephanie a lesson. Eric's lawyer tells him he may go bankrupt if he doesn't accept Brooke's offer. Connor convinces Brooke the best way to get even with Stephanie is to take over the company. Macy tries but fails to convince Keith she has stopped drinking.
