Macy feels guilty when she learns Kevin is in critical condition. Brooke tells Sheila that she wants Stephanie's office for herself and that it is Sheila's job to move Stephanie out. A policeman tells Thorne that Macy was legally drunk when the accident took place. Taylor warns Sheila that Brooke is using her and that she would be wise to quit. Stephanie refuses to leave her office.
