Eric is furious with Sheila for not calling him while she was away. Eric admits to Stephanie he no longer trusts Sheila and it is hurting his ability to work. Sheila realizes she has no future with Scott and must resolve her marriage with Eric. Bill tells Sally they must keep Anthony or he will shut down the company. Eric tells Sheila she wants a divorce Macy tells Anthony she will get him fired somehow someday.
