Connor tells Karen he thinks Ridge is manipulating Brooke to get the company back. Taylor wonders why James will not give his mother's name or address on his insurance forms. James explains that he doesn't want his mother to know he is undergoing therapy. Brooke is upset when Ridge asks her to give Eric the couture fashion line, but Ridge makes it clear he is not trying to manipulate her.
