Ridge is furious when Stephanie tells him that James is still in contact with Taylor. Ridge still refuses to cancel his trip to Europe. James comforts Taylor on the beach. Karen gets even with Connor by getting him drunk over dinner. Stephanie tries to make Ridge see that he will ruin his marriage by going to Europe. James assures Taylor that Ridge will come around. Taylor is touched.
