Taylor explains to Jack that she spent the night at James' but he slept on the couch. Ridge asks Brooke what her motivations are for coming with him to Europe. Brooke tells Ridge she wants the opportunity for them to be a family together with the children. Eric warns Ridge that his marriage is in danger but Ridge is determined to go to Europe. Taylor tells Jack she thinks Ridge is demanding too much of her.
