The mystery patient is taken off life support and begins to breathe on her own. Thorne is surprised by Macy's new look. Omar tells the doctor he will be taking the patient home with him. The doctor realizes Omar is in love with her. James is hurt and angry when Brooke tells him she is leaving him for Ridge. Thorne warns Macy her chances of becoming a famous singer are small.
