Overview

In Virginia Beach, an intoxicated man is causing all kinds of chaos while being detained. Meanwhile, in Flagler, a blind love connection forms for two prisoners making their way to jail. In Mesa, a woman is brought in for warrants but one deputy gets more than they bargained for when she's searched.
