Beth wants a beach getaway on the white sandy beaches of Ambergris Caye, Belize. Construction manager Ken Grissom has experience building in the Caribbean and is just the man for the job. Ken and his crew transport tons of building materials to the remote island and attempt the impossible task of constructing an off-the-grid luxury getaway with the warm Caribbean water just steps away.
