In West London, agents Steve and Ben face the most audacious sublet scam they have ever seen, where the tenant owes £14,000 in unpaid rent. Meanwhile, Brian and Del chase a debt of over £10,000 owed to a van rental business in Sussex, before heading to Kent to recover £6,000 from a mother who is financially dependent on her new partner. Plus, in North London, Paul and Steve come face-to-face with a terrible case of mould.
