UK Gold celebrated the programme’s 30th anniversary on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st November 1993. Not only was there a special competition to win a TARDIS cabinet packed with BBC videos, viewers were also invited to phone in and vote for their favourite stories from three categories, Favourite Doctor, Companion and Monster.
