Twenty-something Gold Coast bodybuilder Nathan is in Phuket on a holiday of sun, sea, sex and steroids, when disaster strikes. He’s knocked off his hired Harley Davidson by a local tuk-tuk driver and ends up in hospital, without travel insurance.
