Determined to pressure his fellow agent into leaving Sonny, Larkin plants a kiss on Hannah in front of a startled Tammy. A.J. brings Dr. Smithson to the mansion for a follow-up visit with Michael. Elizabeth hurries to the hospital and begs Bobbie for help. Meanwhile, in the boxcar, Sonny tries to tend to Jason's wounds but the younger man angrily pulls away. Enraged when Luke attempts to deny the facts, Mac orders him to cooperate before Felicia is forced to pay for his silence with her life. Alan resigns from the clinic and begins campaigning to get reinstated at GH.
