Overview
A semi in Sutton Coldfield near Birmingham, a derelict house in a rural village near Dover in Kent and a basement without planning permission in Ipswich in Suffolk are all sold under the hammer. Martin, Lucy and Dion talk to the developers who hope to make some money, but the projects are not without their problems and take much longer than the investors bargained for.
