Overview

Documentary following life at the Rio Park hotel in the Spanish resort for the staff and the holiday-makers to whom they cater. The first edition sees the staff ready to welcome thousands of Brits, but no sooner have they started than there is a problem when the lifts break down and they race to get them repaired.
