She says she was in a big hurry to pick up her kid. / - Case #2 - Plaintiff: James Hughes - Defendant: Marcus Cline - James Hughes says he loaned Marcus Cline his car at two o'clock in the morning. It was found wrecked the next day, but Marcus doesn't recall driving it, much less crashing the car.
