The team are in Hackney, where they surprise Jeroume and Onessa Cariazo, the parents of wheelchair-bound nine-year-old Elijah, who suffers from myotubular myopathy. Alan Titchmarsh, Katie Rushworth, Frances Tophill and David Domoney give Elijah the sensory stimulation he craves, transforming the family's uneven overgrown urban courtyard into an accessible paradise complete with tropical water feature, a sensory beach and Asian-style dining zone.
