Overview
PCs Andy Jackson and Andy Clarke are dealing with a driver who has a brake light out, when they're interrupted by man shouting from his Range Rover. On the outskirts of Sunderland, PC Martain Anderson races to a hit and run, where a Ford Fiesta has ploughed into another car at high speed
