Overview
A teenager in Washington is harangued by a neighbor when he cuts across the man's lawn. Two women get into a sidewalk standoff in North Carolina when neither will move out of each other's way. And a man defends his neighborhood by fending off suspected car thieves dressed only in his underwear.
