Overview

The Chawner family, who have caused over 600 complaints from angry neighbours, move into a quiet suburban street in Blackburn. A psychiatrist in Clapham battles a huge renovation next door and thumping basslines, pounding walls and slamming doors are depriving a mother and her family of sleep.
