Overview

Harrow Council carries out early morning raids on several dangerous properties, only to find vulnerable tenants in uninhabitable conditions, including one man living in a plywood shed on a roof. Plus, two more cases of nightmare tenants. Nisha lost her job just as her tenants stopped paying the rent, while Andy agreed to rent his north London home to a friend - who ended up subletting the house and pocketing the profits for himself.
