Overview

In 1997, LAPD officers Ed Brentlinger and John Caprarelli respond to a routine bank robbery call, only to confront heavily armed "High Incident Bandits" wielding AK-47s. As chaos unfolds on Laurel Canyon Boulevard, the officers, armed with standard-issue pistols, find themselves in a relentless gun battle. LAPD SWAT Officer Rick Massa gets the call for back-up and rushes to the scene. The intense firefight exposes their vulnerability as officers risk their lives to stop the dangerous shooters.
