Ben Hillman jets off to Kefalonia in Greece to help Jenny find the perfect holiday home for her family. Helping Jenny with this house hunt is her younger brother Richard, who plans to come and stay regularly. For their budget of £250,000 they want a two-bedroom house with plenty of outside space to enjoy the beautiful weather.
