Overview

A reckless car thief seems intent on causing carnage, while the pursuit of an unlicensed driver through a housing estate has grave consequences. Inspector Ed Turner turns up more than he bargains for when the pursuit of a suspected heroin user takes a turn for the worse, and elsewhere officers face one of the biggest challenges of their careers when a stolen JCB goes on the rampage.
