Lou decides to take drastic action and takes over as top dog by force, injuring May in her pursuit to prove to all the women how serious she is. Joan is elected as Union Rep in Dennis' absence, and quickly asserts herself as wanting to tighten on security to the utmost extent. Julie learns her mother is on her deathbed. Merv has an epileptic seizure.
