Overview

Frustrated by their urban house hunt, a couple agrees to a radically different approach as Jonathan and Drew take them on a tour of an amazing rural community. They are soon sold on the long list of perks, and it's up to Jonathan to come up with an open-concept design that dovetails with his clients' lifestyle.
