Overview

Brittany Picolo-Ramos helps a couple that can't decide between a historic or modern home by showing them all of their options. After picking a mansion outside of New Orleans, they make an offer far below the asking price, and Brittany must find a way to close the deal. Meanwhile, her team takes over a historic home's listing and gets the property in shape to draw in buyers.
