In Almería, Sharon and Shaun Garner are feeling the pressure after a sudden run of sales leaves them short on properties and forces them to pull out all the stops for artists Declan and Claudia. Away from the viewings, the Garners try a bold new approach to marketing - with chaotic results. Meanwhile, in Murcia, Natalie and Darren Brown meet recently retired John and Siobhan from Ireland, who are ready to find a forever home in the sun, with space for visiting grandkids top of the list.
