Overview

A nurse buys a Persian kitten from an 18-year-old, only to discover the vet records were incomplete and that the cat was sick, spreading infection to her household. She sues for $5K, while the teen, who filed a police report offer the dispute, denies wrongdoing and countersues for $10K.
