Overview

When 54-year-old electrical engineer Jacquelyn Smith, a charitable wife and mom, is stabbed to death by a panhandler in Baltimore, MD, the city is left gripped with fear. As her husband Keith calls for action, police begin to question his and his daughter's witness statement.
