Overview

Lippy enters Hardy in Mild Bill's Rodeo to ride Blast Off, a wild, bronco-busting rodeo horse for 10 seconds to win $1,000 dollars, but Hardy rides off with Blast Off and Lippy tries to stop and bring them back to the rodeo.
