Episode 10

Overview

The Perez family needs a space in their home to stay fit. With three growing boys who are avid soccer players, mom who enjoys the martial arts and dad who is intent on losing weight and getting healthy, they figured that working out as a family is the best motivation for everyone. The family enlists Designer/Contractor Chip Wade to help them build a home fitness center that would cater to everyone's interests. But Chip and his team have their work cutout for them converting a small, dusty attic space into a home gym with enough space to address all the family's desires.
