Ricardo traces Cole's car to Ventura County. Cole, who cannot wait until Ricardo can get ready, heads out to find Caitlin. Meg realizes that Tim isn't breathing, and she calls Tyus so he could save Tim's life. Jimmy asks Gabi if Tim's fall could have been caused by the same person who committed the Terror Island murders. Annie argues with doctor Brock about who will deliver the baby. Meanwhile, Olivia wakes up and recognizes Annie. Olivia gives birth. Caitlin worries that something is happening to the baby's mother. Ricardo tells Gabi that he thinks Ben killed Maria.
