Overview
A lottery takes place to decide the match opponents out of the eight contestants who have survived into the main tournament. Tenshinhan uses Chiaotzu’s psychic powers to fix the match combinations as he sees fit! Because of this, the first match becomes a match of Yamcha versus Tenshinhan!!
