The End of the World

Overview

Walter Trump, a con artist, rolls into town claiming that a shower of meteorites will destroy the town at midnight, and that only he knows how to create a protective wall around the town through the use of parasols painted with with images that deflect the force of gravity pulling the meteorites to Earth. Trump originally claimed the parasols were free, but later raises the price to $75 per person after he is criticized by a visiting Texas Ranger.
